Pricing

Multiple Art Program Bookings

• SAVE 10%! $17.00 + GST / student when 2 + art programs are booked for the same day at the same school.

• SAVE 16%! $16.00 + GST / student when 6 + art programs are booked consecutively at the same school.

For classes with 18 students or less a $306.00 + GST minimum program fee will be applied.

Single Art Program Bookings

• $19.00 + GST / student when 1 art program is booked at a school.

For classes with 18 students or less a $342.00 + GST minimum program fee will be applied.

Art Program Information

• Art programs are ~90 minutes

• Art Program can take place in your classroom.
• One cleared rectangle or guided reading table needed for the printing station. 
• Access to the smartboard and whiteboard for the drawing lesson. 

Volunteers

• 1-2 volunteers/art program is helpful. 
Our art programs can run without any parent volunteers.

Approved Vendor

• Imagination Academy is an approved vendor with Edmonton Public School Board and Area School Boards.

• Imagination Academy is an approved vendor with Calgary Board of Education and Southern Alberta School Boards.

Payment

• Payment is due within 30 days of your art program.
• An invoice will be emailed to your school office and a cheque can be mailed to Imagination Academy directly.

Mileage:

• Edmonton: Programs are available to all schools and teachers in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. If your school is outside of Edmonton’s City Limits, mileage of $0.72/km may be applied.

• Calgary: Programs are available to all schools and teachers in Calgary and the surrounding areas. If your school is outside of Calgary’s City Limits, mileage of $0.72/km may be applied.

Southern Alberta: Programs are available to all schools and teachers in Southern Alberta. If your school is outside of the Crowsnest Pass Limits, mileage of $0.72/km will be applied.

Re-Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• Re-scheduling within the same school year is free, if done prior to 15 business days of your art program.
If you are re-scheduling within 15 days of your program a $50 fee will apply.

• Cancellation 1 month prior to your scheduled program date is free.
If you cancel within the month of your scheduled program date a $100 fee will apply.
